How to plant a bare-root rose

To ensure the best results, proper planting is essential. A bare-root rose should be planted as follows:

Start by digging a hole that is wide and deep enough for the roots to spread naturally in the direction they are in. The roots must not face up.

Place the rose so that the grafting point (grafting site) is approximately 8-10 cm below the soil surface.

Fill the hole with soil, press down lightly and water thoroughly so that any air holes or other things in the soil are filled with soil.
