Sprouted seeds and bean sprouts can be propagated in different ways:
1. In a special sprouting box. Sprouts, seeds and roots are eaten. Here you can let the sprouts develop small leaves. Rinse 2-3 times a day.
2. In a glass with a lid, where a few holes have been made. Sprouted seeds and roots are eaten. Rinsed 2-3 times a day.
3. Place the sauce in a small tray with damp cotton wool or kitchen roll. Cut off the top and use this.
The sprouts can be sown all year round.
When the sprouts have reached the desired development, they are ready to eat.
If not all sprouts are used, they should be stored in the refrigerator to avoid the development of bacteria.
Some seeds should be soaked in water overnight for faster development - it says so on the bag.
