- Tatsoi Tatsoi is an annual Japanese cabbage
- Very decorative and cold-resistant plant. The plant forms a low, glossy, dark green rosette of leaves, which can be harvested either leaf by leaf or the entire rosette at once.
- The leaves are used fresh or cooked like spinach. They belong to the cabbage family and can be protected with non-woven fabric to avoid pest attacks.
- To achieve an even yield throughout the season, it is recommended to sow several times, a few weeks apart. Best grown in spring or late summer/autumn.
