- Consists of the premium varieties 'Sieglinde', 'Bellarosa', 'Jelly' and 'Agria'.
- Sieglinde - Early variety with yellow skin and bright yellow flesh. Firm in texture and very tasty - perfect for potato salad and as a new potato.
- Bellarosa - Early to mid-season variety with reddish skin and light yellow flesh. Medium firm, good all-round potato with high yield and good taste.
- Jelly - A medium-sized variety with yellow skin and dark yellow flesh. Firm flesh and good for cooking - holds its shape well and tastes rich.
- Agria - Late variety with yellow skin and yellow flesh. Ideal for mashing, baking and frying - widely used in professional kitchens.
- Since the varieties ripen partly in parallel and partly staggered, this results in a long harvest period from July to October.
- In the kitchen, the varieties can be used for many potato dishes thanks to their consistent cooking properties.
- A sunny or semi-shady location is important for the best possible cultivation. All four varieties can be planted in April or May.
