- Work the soil thoroughly.
- Make a groove about 1-1.5 cm deep.
- The seed belts are separated in the perforation.
- Place the seed tape in the seed furrow.
- Cut the seed tape to the appropriate length.
- Protect from the wind by placing a little soil on top of the ends of the seeding belt.
- Important: Water the seed furrow thoroughly so that the seed tape has good contact with the soil.
- Cover the seed furrow/seeding strip with soil and press the soil firmly.
- Water once more.
- Avoid drying out.
- Any hard soil crust is carefully loosened with a rake.
- Sun to partial shade.
- Thrives in nutrient-rich, deep, porous and moist soil.
