- Seed mixture consisting of the following salad varieties: 20% American Brown, 20% Salad Bowl, 20% Red Salad Bowl, 15% Lollo Rossa, 15% Australian Gele, 10% Rouge Grenobloise.
- The seeds require a cold period before germination of approximately 10 days at 5 degrees.
- The fresh and crisp leaves are picked when they have reached a height of 8-10 cm.
- Do not pick the middle of the plant, as this will cause it to continue growing.
- Place in a sunny location in moisture-retaining, humus- and nutrient-rich soil.
- After sowing, keep the soil moist until germination is well underway.
